Free Shipping Terms:
New BRING THE STORE HOME: Feel free to order several items, in two sizes, and return what you don't like. We'll ship to you for free & pay for return shipping if you keep at least $130 before taxes. It's that easy (Canadian customers only). Please see Return Policy outlined below.
No Hassle Returns: Don't like what you ordered? Enjoy our No Hassle Returns on most items. Ensure ALL tags remain attached to the garments, unused, clean, and repackaged neatly in the individual bag your item was packaged in. Email us your request with reference to your order number. We will send you a return shipping label. Please ensure to quote your order number and allow 2 days for our response. See return exceptions listed under Return Policy below.
Refunds for returns will be adjusted for applicable shipping fees if the net purchase/sale after the refund drops below $130.
SEVEN WOMEN Maternity National delivery times: Standard: 2 - 7business days
You have 30 days from the date of your order to return it to our location to receive a refund to your credit card, or an exchange, if item(s) returned are unworn, free of pet hair, in saleable condition with all tags still attached, and accompanied by original sales receipt. Excluded are the following items: intimate apparel (bras, underwear, all hoisery, Shapewear, Belly Bandit, Bella Band), the Tiffany Rose collection including Bridal wear, etc. Items returned beyond 30 days, or not in accordance with Return/Exchange procedure below will not be accepted – NO EXCEPTION.
Exchanges are treated as returns. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
SEVEN WOMEN does not pay for return shipping because the purchaser fails to claim their order. Fees associated with the return of an unclaimed order (duties, brokerage fees, all shipping charges, taxes etc) will be charged back to the purchaser. Deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, remains their responsibility and they will be responsible for these delivery fees. We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return / Exchanges Procedure:
#1 Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. E-Mail: email@example.com (You must write "Return Request" in the subject line of your E-mail or it will not make it to us.)
#2 Write reason for return. To exchange your item for a different size or color please e-mail us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.
#3 Repackage item for return and place the shipping label on the outside of the package.

Again, for your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
In-store: Bring the item (unworn with all tags attached), original invoice and the Credit Card used for the original purchase to our store, within the return period, and we will gladly refund your purchase.
#4 When we receive your return package we will e-mail you a reply with the status of your refund or exchange.

We try to keep our website up to date. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is back-ordered we will contact you to let you know.
SEVEN WOMEN is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing.

Applicable Provincial, Goods and Services and Harmonized taxes will be calculated and added to the invoice charged to all Canadian orders.
Transfer of Risk and Title
When you order an item at sevenwomen.ca, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event Canada Post or UPS loses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve.
We ship All International Orders by either Canada Post or United Parcel Service The UNITED PARCEL SERVICE is our primary method of shipping in the United States. International orders including USA and Overseas are shipped by UPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 – 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is a rough estimate and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.
